How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Tally HQ > Settings > Tally HQ Pro > Cancel Subscription. You can cancel in 2 taps inside the app. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Does Tally HQ work without internet?
Yes. All invoices, estimates, and client data are stored locally on your device. You can create, edit, and preview documents with no signal. Sending emails requires internet, but you can queue them and send when you're back online.
Does Tally HQ process payments?
No. Tally HQ never touches your money. We display your payment handles (Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal) on invoices so clients can pay you directly. We are not a payment processor.
Can I export my data?
Yes, always, for free. Go to Settings > Data > Export All Data. You can export as CSV or PDF at any time, regardless of your subscription status.
How many free invoices do I get?
5 invoices per month on the free plan. Estimates are always unlimited and free. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited invoices at $8.99/month or $59.99/year.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Data > Delete Account. This permanently removes all data from your device. If you used cloud sync, email us at your@email.com to request server-side deletion.
